Numobag™ is

The Numobag™ works by securing a plastic bag around the wound and filling it with oxygen from an oxygen canister. The heightened oxygen content helps burn up organisms on the skin or in wounds and heal the flesh itself. Numobag™ suppresses scar tissue, stimulates new blood vessel growth (angiogenesis) and does not cause loss of sensation.
What is in a Kit?
 The Numobag™ is sold in a kit. Kits are packaged individually for non-contaminant disposal after one use. Each kit contains:
- Numobag™ (Polyethylene bag, 84” x 42”, cleaned 1000 cert.)
- Connecting Tubing
- 3-inch non-stretchable tape
- Oxygen fitting
- Each kit comes complete with all required connectors, tubing, and tape
- Each kit is packaged individually for disposal after one use
- Each weighs 1.7 pounds
What Training is Needed?
Minimal training is necessary to use the Numobag™:
- Introduction of the Numobag™: 1 hour
- In-service of the Numobag™ (Procedures, Protocol, & Practicum): 4 hours
- Follow-up as needed on a clinical case basis
